• Social Media (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube): Account connection status, posting permissions
• OneDrive: Video files you explicitly choose to sync

• Pages visited and features used
• Time and date of visits
• Device information

• Provide and maintain our services
• Sync and manage your eBay listings
• Post content to connected social media accounts on your behalf

• Supabase: Database hosting with encryption at rest
• Netlify: Application hosting with SSL/TLS encryption
• OAuth tokens: Encrypted and stored securely; we never store your third-party passwords

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• You authorize us to access specific data as described during connection

• You can disconnect any integration at any time from your Account settings

6. Browser Extension

The OpSyncPro Upload Helper browser extension provides additional functionality for Amazon Influencer workflows. The extension:

Data Collection

• Authentication tokens: Stored locally in Chrome storage to maintain your logged-in session. Tokens are encrypted and never transmitted to third parties.
• Tab URL detection: The extension reads the current tab URL to detect which Amazon marketplace you're using (e.g., amazon.com, amazon.co.uk). This data is processed locally and not stored or transmitted.
• Page content: On Amazon Influencer pages, the extension reads form fields to assist with video uploads. This data is processed locally to provide autofill functionality.

Permissions

• activeTab: Access the current tab to detect marketplace and assist with uploads
• storage: Store authentication tokens and user preferences locally
• downloads: Enable user-initiated video downloads to your device
• scripting: Inject helper scripts on Amazon Influencer pages for autofill functionality

Data Handling

• All extension data is stored locally on your device
• Authentication tokens are used only to communicate with OpSyncPro servers
• No browsing history, personal data, or page content is transmitted to third parties
• You can clear all extension data by removing the extension or clearing Chrome storage

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of your data
• Correction: Update inaccurate information
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and data
• Portability: Export your data in a standard format
• Disconnect: Remove third-party platform connections at any time

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion:

• Personal data is deleted within 30 days
• Backup copies are purged within 90 days
• Anonymized analytics data may be retained

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies for:

We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
